Olive:
Healthy and freshly harvested olives. The incoming olives are checked batch by batch and must be suitable to produce a "...superior category..." oil
Oil:
Cold-extracted EVO oil, The mill defoliates, washes, grinds, and cold-extracts ".....directly from the olives and solely by mechanical means" extra virgin olive oil (EVO).
